Realise your Potential


if everything seems to be alright.. you will stay at only one place in your career and life. you should asses some point of time where you are and where you are heading. This assessment should happen on your own, by understanding the circumastances you face.

By looking at things around you and by some experience you will understand your level and the environment. There is a scope for improvement everywhere. now if you are or might be looking at your environment in micro perspective, just come out of that.
get an overview of the environment with macro view and never be complacent with existing situation. here you should realize your potential to think and work in different situations..


realizing your potential clears the hurdles and you can also get rid of small obstacles. and you start thinking broadly in a macro perspective, which certainly uplifts your level or position to a much better position....

MENTAL STRENGTH

you may come across different people in your life. some people are more confident. some are more aggressive. and some are calm and composed type. if we keep on talking, these characteristics of human behaviour will become a huge list.

first let us come directly to the point of mental strength. what is this mental strength is all about ?. it is basically the inner control and composedness of your mind. maintaining the synchronization of your mind and heart will give you inner harmony and there by peace.

to get here in this peace zone, you should talk to yourself and try to find out the problems that you have. now you should resolve these problems or atleast try ways to settle them. mental strength inside you, will make you feel comfortable to deal with any kind of situation.

while going for an interview you should be strong mentally. you should be ready to accept any problem or responsibility or even a question. it is you who will have edge over others if your mental strenth is good. talking to the synchronisation of mind and heart to bring peace and harmony. you need to do some meditation, and self talk.
